A unified operating console for GIS, valuations, title diligence, fraud detection, water logistics, CLI analytics, and source-controlled runbooks. The platform uses the same institutional navy, gold, and cream design system as the Southern Utica framework.
The GIS surface now prioritizes live ODNR well points, official laterals from heel/toe attributes, ArcGIS unitization polygons, well-pad boundaries, county context, and township reference geometry. Fallback geometry remains visible only when a source cannot be reached.
